"When we needed a new medication called in by our cardiologist, go to pick up med around 7:30pm & the store is CLOSED, call all evening they are shut down due to “system issues”. Called the next morning still closed!! This is 2023, there is a huge problem if you can not get your system running properly overnight! We are calling our insurance company to change pharmacies!"

"Never again!! I had come her religiously to pick up items I needed and use print services without any issue. The pharmacy here was a nightmare!!! I attempted to get my medication on 3 different occasions in person in addition to phone calls made. Twice I was told they didn’t have the prescription. I called after the 2nd attempt rather than hold up the line again and they were able to locate it over the phone after I’d left. The person on the phone confirmed they had it but in person they could not find it. Ridiculous! Finally after confirming everything by phone and that they took Good Rx since they told me they didn’t take my United healthcare insurance for some reason I attempted to go back in a 3rd time to finally get my much needed medication. I waited in line and they found it this time. When they rang it up it was way higher than the price I was told. I showed her the Good Rx info and the Walgreens price listed. She said she would attempt it again but somehow it didn’t work. I’m sorry I’m not paying $40 more for 2 pills! I asked for additional assistance as there was now a line forming and was told no one else could help me. So rather than hold up the entire line I just left without my medication again after the 3rd time. It has now taken me over a month and I still don’t have my much needed medication!!! This is ridiculous! I transferred my prescription and will not be dealing with this incompetence anymore. I don’t know what the issue is if it’s the people or their system but this is unacceptable. Someone should’ve have come out to assist me and resolve this issue but clearly they’d rather just overcharge me. No thank you! My recommendation is to go elsewhere for your pharmacy needs. Walmart is cheaper and right across the street. And CVS is right next door. Check the reviews the other local pharmacies all have much higher reviews and actually better prices too!!! I wish I would’ve checked first. Update:The pharmacist at Walmart right across the street was so kind and waited on hold with this Walgreens for 15 mins so they could get the prescription transferred to them. I got my medication right away and for only $5! Walgreens tried to charge me 10x that amount !! Go to Walmart!!! They actually care and it’s way cheaper!"

"I'm furious. Apparently the pharmacist thinks they know better than my doctor. They also wasted my doctor's time taking all the details when they knew they would not fill it. They refused to fill my prescription sent by my doctor. Further delaying my treatment. I'll never bother with this location again. In fact, I may take all Walgreens of my list."
