"Specifically signed up for the Chevron rewards program for $1 off per gallon. Searched and found this station on the website listing “rewards program” as one of the services offered. Did not receive discount. Called customer service and they said it didn’t have the correct “rewards logo”. Destroying the app and program data"
"I stopped to get gas and the fuel got all over me when I lifted the nozzle. It also drip0ed after i finished pumping my gas. I went in to use the bathroom and wash my hands and they don't have a bathroom!"
"Unfortunately stopped here for gas and something to drink. As I pumped gas, my girlfriend was in the store to get a drink. As I'm pumping gas I noticed the clerk walk around to the back of the building. Finished pumping gas, and approached the store. The door was locked and my girlfriend was locked inside. I went to the back of the building to find the clerk but didn't see her. Assuming she was in the bathroom, I knocked on the door and said that my girlfriend is locked in your store. No response. After checking on my girlfriend and waiting a few more minutes, I went back and knocked on the bathroom door again and told her that my girlfriend needs out of the store. Finally, she comes out screaming and cussing at me to stop bagging on the door. I told her to let my girlfriend out of the store and she told me to leave. After refusing to leave, she threatened to call the police. I told her to call the entire force if that's what its going to take to get her out of the store. After another minute of back and forth, she finally opened the door. Still threatening to call the police. We left immediately. My customer service expectations aren't that hi when visiting a gas station, but this was inappropriate, unprofessional and unsafe. Still haven't heard back from the owner Prashant. Avoid this place!"
"One star is a stretch! Stopped in this morning to get a power aid. Signs everywhere stating you had to wear a mask which I was wearing. Walked in and so a customer with a mask around her neck and the cashier was not wearing one at all. When I was paying I asked her why she was not complying. She said "I am not in the mood to argue with you about wearing a mask. I am not wearing one" RUDE! What is your policy? Why aren't your employees following company policy. I am in risk group was excited at first to see a business trying to keep there customers safe. I guess not. Might want to look in to that."
"Stopped by to get gas around 7 pm. While fueling up my 10 year old little girl had to use the restroom. She was told that they close the bathroom after 6pm and they wouldn’t let her use it. I fronted up the cashier and she said that’s the policy. So I quit pumping gas and left. Oddly enough I read another review from a year ago complaining about the same thing. The reply from the owner was an apology and that he would make sure it doesn’t happen again. I guess he’s still working on that. I won’t be back and I’ll make sure everyone I know is informed of your policy."
