"Every time we come in we get screwed by the employee on shift and their “help”. If you work at an auto parts store at least have SOME knowledge of auto parts to help the customer. Its literally a joke every time we go in. So now we go to Orileys because that trip took two seconds with their employee helping us and getting everything right!!!"
