"So have been in this dollar general several times, had some plant pots I wanted to return, wrong size, had the receipt, it was not busy, but the lady working this Saturday morning told me that I had to take them to the store i bought them at, so that's what I did, but my dollar general is so good to me, they told me the truth, that she could have refunded me there. I will get her name so I can let everyone know that she lies to costumers"
"Horrible service. My wife and I were going to shop at this store. My wife needed to use the restroom really bad. I dropped her off at the door while I parked. The long hair dude that worked there said she cannot use the store’s restroom. No reason given. Just no. Customers should be able to use the restroom if needed. Every other Dollar General has a restroom that you can use if needed. No Longer will I shop at this store. The customer absolutely does NOT come First there."
"Just needed a last minute item for my daughter’s science project. Door was locked tight at 7:49 pm. Staff was inside; they expertly avoided going near the doors until we were driving away. Very disappointed."
"This Dollar General is in a very busy area. I understand that they have a lot of visitors and a lot of turnover, however, it seems like there's too much stuff stuffed into one small Store. The store is always a mess and is always dirty"
"It had what I needed, but the customer service or friendliness was very different for me than others. When I walked in, I wasn't greeted because the cashier was legitimately ringing people up and talking and laughing with her customers. When I found what I needed with no assistance because the store was neat, tidy, and organized well, I went to pay. The cashier chatted with the lady in front of me while she was ringing her up. I got greeted with a "how are you?" and then was told my total and to have a good day. My visit wasn't bad at all. I just couldn't help but notice the difference in the level of interaction that others got vs. me."
