"I walked in to purchase flowers for my business and was greeted rudely asked can I see the flowers because from the pictures on website they had a walk in. First time coming to the business was excited to spend my client’s $500 but the man told me to visit the website and walked off. And I immediately left. But when I was in the car I seen the same man walking out smoking a cigarette. So I guess that’s why he couldn’t provide adequate customer service because it was his smoke break. So thank you for the horrible customer service I will Google the next floral wholesale! Came back today STILL BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE NEEDS A 0 stars button"

"I wish to like this place. It's okay for needs of our business at times. The problem is with the employees it's hard to make sense of their indifferent attitude on dealing with customer ( this is not my first visit there). I asked on the phone are customers allow in he said no! (I could come & pick up my order only) So I did a phone order and paid for it online, only to get in the shop and another customer comes in and she ask if she could look around, he said they were not supposed too (covid-19), but told her to go ahead. I paid online for my purchase, so I thought that was settle, once there I ask for couple of other things, gave him my card for those two purchases only, instead he dis-allow the online purchase payment and added everything together without telling me anything and seem irritated when I question him about this method of overriding my online decision/payment. My customers are valuable to our business..... Maybe it's me?"

"I have been using Pennock for a year as a rental space and ordering flowers from Jay. Since Jay has been working with ordering I’ve been so impressed with the variety of flowers I didn’t think I could get in Jacksonville and how sweet and kind not only he is but the entire staff. They feel like family. I always look forward to my days coming to work/rent their studio simply for how lovely it is being at a place that feels like home. The staff are all unique characters and helpful always checking in on us to make sure we are comfortable. Each sales person though I haven’t worked with all of them are always helpful and say hello and willing to help one another out in any way. The work space has saved my sanity. The people make it special. The flowers are just extra."
