"I just moved into a new home. This will be my Publix now. The store is very clean and well stocked. I like the layout. Unfortunately the cashier was very rude. Never experienced that at a Publix. Hopefully it was an anomaly. I generally love Publix and usually they are among the top in customer service. I went in today, 26 Sep 23. What a pleasant experience, just what I have come to expect from Publix. Isaiah was my cashier and bagger. He has always been so nice and polite. He really enjoys his job and it shows. He is what makes Shopping a Pleasure at this Publix. I miss Isaiah. I have had to deal with Annette lately. She was the first cashier I had when I first moved here. She has been in Customer service where she is hateful if you want lottery. And as a cashier where she is hateful if you ask for paper bags. She really should be in the back."
"Stopped in to grab wine and steak for a short surprise dinner for my husband and I. I went in around 6pm the store was a little crowded, but traffic was flowing well! My wait took about 15 minute tops that includes finding my items and checkout. The staff was friendly and helpful with self check out."
"Recent experience started off great, but like always once you get to the deli... you might as well be at walmart. This was our deli experience... We put in an order for sliced cheese and meat. We showed up when it was supposed to be done and were greeted by silence, and no one answered any questions. We ended up having to wait in line behind people who couldn't speak english, sampling their meat and cheese. Then finaly after about half an hour after our order. I grabbed a manager, and he went to the back and disappeared. I then demanded to the deli lady where our order was, she said she never grabbed it from the machine and shed make it now. I told her to forget it, and you all are a mess."
"I purchased a chicken tender sub today. Got home and noticed the tender was green and black from mold. I drove all the way back to the store (tried calling couldn’t get the deli), stood in the customer service line for 25 minutes only for the manager to say, “sorry about that do you want a refund?” I said yes, got my money then went to the deli and alerted the manager since the front desk didn’t even bother to call someone up to even look at the sandwich. I spoke with the manager and shown them the picture I took of the tender and he asked if I wanted another sub. I said only if the tenders are fresh, he checked and told me it would be 7 minutes. They remade the sub but I did not expect to pay for it, it should have been replaced and refunded. I spent over an hour including the time it took getting the original sub, driving home, back to the store, then back home again. I will not visit this location again. The service and quality had gone down in the last few years."
"For some odd reason every time I shop at this Publix I usually get home and realize something I have purchased have been tampered with. Check your seasonings, sauces, lids and always make sure they haven’t been open or have protective seals you have to open. Recently I purchased minced garlic just to realize the seal was torn off like it was used. It literally happens quite often so I won’t be shopping at this Publix for those type of items. The bakery is trash!! They make the most sloppiest birthday cakes. Had to return a cake.. that had crumbs all over it and a dirty knife she put in a bag. The seafood department is always helpful and nice the insta cart shoppers are fast and usually pick right items."
