Walgreens Pharmacy

"Always out of stock, they never advise you of the out of stock medications prior to taking the hardcopy prescription and then they give you an attitude with an eye roll when you come to pick up your orders. The pharmacy techs are highly unprofessional and need to be trained on customer service. I will be transferring back to Publix now that there’s a drive thru close by."

"As a medical office administrator I received a horrendous display of customer service today. I spoke with someone at the pharmacy today, assuming it was the pharmacist on staff. She kept me on speaker phone and typed away in my ear as well as giving me plain yes or no answers to questions that should have been answered with actual sentences. As someone that works in health care I strive to always help the patient. I will help the patient get the treatment and medications that they deserve and need to survive. I can confidently say that this pharmacist does not care about humans and probably shouldn't work in this field. Do yourself a favor and make sure you pick a pharmacy that cares."

"Pharmacy is a complete waste of time to deal with them. after receiving text message that they need a refill from the doctor, a week later they told me to call the doctor myself. Always a long wait and I would suggest going to any other pharmacy that this one"

"Fedia is an incompetent pharmacy tech. I fell ill, forced myself to go to the doctor's office, received my script to which I dropped off at walgreens pharmacy approximately 11am. Prior to leaving, pharmacy tech asked if I would like to pick-up today or tomorrow, i advised that i am not well and these medications were prescribed to remedy that so i need as soon as possible, fedia responded "i was just asking". I went home, fell asleep, at 4pm i go to walgreens only to wait at the window while they fill my prescription. Why did i drop it off only to wait for you to fill it, especially since i could see into the pharmacy and know its not a busy day for them. This walgreens has lost me as a customer forever. They are truely terrible"

"Phone at pharmacy hung up on me after waiting 15 minutes on the phone had to call again and I called again and said I wanted to speak to the pharmacy now there’s 1 caller ahead of me it said I waited 4 minutes someone picked up then had to transfer me to the pharmacy again because it didn’t go through for some unknown reason. Total wait time with the second was 20 minutes. All together 33 minutes waiting on the phone. I just needed to know when to get my prescriptions and how much it was going to be. I finally went in just to find out I needed an insurance card or legitimate paper to get my medicine I didn’t have, I already have my insurance on file though but can’t get my meds until I get another legitimate piece of paper with my benefits number on it. It made my day horrible"
