"Although my boyfriends phone was not savable after being dropped in a pond, Gerald at 10,000 cellphones helped us tremendously. We called after stopping at two other places and Gerald was hands down the most helpful. He told us to come in and he could open up the phone and test which pieces were working and narrow down our problem. Unfortunately the water had seeped in too much and damaged it beyond repair.
