"Place is a joke . They don’t send the right stuff for your child and tell you that it’s gonna be a bit before they send it that u have to take them to the ED . Everyone you talk to is rude and then get mad when you advocate for your child RUN"
"I have experience excellent service from my Nurse week after week. He is on Time and polite and he takes excellent care of me and there’s apparently he takes care of my pick line I have not had one infection or any problems with my pick line whatsoever has been over when you’re now. He is an excellent nurse and I would recommend him to anyone."
"We had several problems with this services. Poor comunication and they simply did not care about the patients. my mother is supposted to be 24/7 with anthibiotics. the nurses forgot to put the machine to run leaving without medication several hours. when you need a nurse they take hours to call you back... I never gonna undestand how is possible with the prices on medical issues this country charge and have that kind of companies still opperating"
"Just the worst company imaginable. They do not care about the patient at all. The home health nurse was great but the company is just awful. They sent the wrong supplies and then refused to send the correct supplies until the next reg shipment. Which was not for a couple weeks. Did not care that we did not have the proper supplies to be able to properly care for my mother."
"PLEASE KNOW THAT BY LAW YOU HAVE A CHOICE OF HEALTHCARE PROVIDERS. THIS SHOULD NOT BE YOUR CHOICE! Can I give Coram 0 stars? As a former nurse and Coram patient, I strongly recommend you choose another agency. While I was receiving home IV infusions there were constant problems with deliveries but the biggest one was that they kept sending too many supplies, which Medicare pays for. I'm not sure that it constitutes Medicare fraud, but I had to tell them several times that I didn't need more IV supplies (gloves, flushes, tubing, etc). That stuff is expensive. I finally had to tell them to wait until I called to order more, because they kept sending way too much every week. It goes in the trash if not used, they can't send it to anyone else! Even most religious missions can't take the excess medical supplies so I donated them to the SPCA so it wasn't wasted. I was happy to do it, but the point is that Medicare is paying for that, which means our taxes are paying for it. And Coram is profiting on it. Now, more than a year after I completed treatment and paid all my bills in full (over $4330), they are revisiting those bills and refiling for the amounts I already paid last year! My Medicare Advantage company (Humana, they have been wonderful) and I had been trying to work it all out with Coram when they abruptly sent my case to collections! During this time Coram has hung up on me twice rather than try to help figure out why this is happening! I am (still) chronically ill and often cry when upset, I'm just not that strong any more. Anyone reading this who has ever been really sick or had a loved one who is ill knows what I'm talking about. That is poor customer service indeed, to hang up on an upset client. They don't even attempt to help, they simply give you their canned responses. I'm sick, not stupid."
