"If there was a rating below one star I'd have selected it. I've spent all morning trying to work through the new portal system. When the portal went down I called the pharmacy. The automated answering service is designed to prevent contact with the pharmacy staff. This is atrocious customer support."

Like why is there a pharmacy in the building AND right outside the building. So stupid. Can't wait to PCS so I never have to deal with this poor medical system here at macdill. Everything they do here is another level of inefficient"
