"While you might not be able to get your law degree at Costco they have just about everything else. The pharmacy at this location speaks to that and to be fair it is a good one. I will second all those who talk up Mary as she is exceptional at her job. That's not to discount at the others there that make the place work, but she really does deserve recognition for the effort she puts into her work. Vic also keeps things moving and makes an effort to help. Only complaint is that they constantly seem understaffed, but that is more of a management issue, not a pharmacy thing. Anyway, good pharmacy if you're in the area, helpful people and reasonable pricing."
"The guy who works there is TERRIBLE! After trying to get him to stop using pharmacy lingo, I finally got the manager who was quite helpful. Sadly, the same guy I spoke to on the phone was helping at the register. Customer after customer went away shaking their heads and several I heard say it wasn't worth it. That's 4 customers I heard angry at this guy who can't explain anything unless trying to condescend. Add me to that list and you have lost 5 customers and that's just the while I was waiting. Costco used to have good service but not the one near Westchase. You need to pay attention to who you hire but I won't know, I'm at Walmart now."
"Way better than a CVS. Pharmacist Mary Mella goes above and beyond to take care of her patients, researching and looking into other options. The hours are limited so that could be an issue for some but if you want too be treated like a person instead of a number, this is the place."
