Publix Pharmacy on San Jose Blvd.

"Rude Pharmacy staff. Spoke to Tyler and asked basic questions about an order that was placed a week ago. Come to find out my order was not placed. I was upset because I had been waiting over a week for my medication. This pharmacy confirmed my order, however did not inform me of the delay etc. Not sure if he was having a bad day, but rather than respond to an objection he hangs up the phone in the middle of a conversation. When I call back and let him know I’m filing a complaint, he responds by saying he’s notating my account. Communication and maybe some empathy would have fixed the situation. However, Tyler lacks these abilities. I hate to see Publix represented in such a way. They have always had exceptional customer service, but today they proved me wrong. Thanks Tyler!"

"It takes days sometimes to get my scripts. I have also encountered a extremely rude blonde female pharmacist when I had a question. No bedside manner whatsoever. They also seemed very irritated when I tried to save money using GoodRX. Do not recommend!"

"There's alot to be said for pharmacists and staff that actually care about the people they're serving. I have used this publix pharmacy for years out of mostly convenience. When the pandemic started, I did move my prescriptions to a drive through pharmacy nearby so I wouldn't have to go inside. However, that pharmacist never gave the same level of patient care. Every pharmacist here knows me, always asks how we are and genuinely cares about the answer. To say the least, I recently transferred all of my prescriptions back to Publix since I'm vaccinated for covid now and feel more comfortable in public. Thank you to these excellent pharmacists and their staff! You guys really are the best pharmacy in the area."

"I went to pick up two prescriptions today (both of which are sensitive in nature) and when I got in line I was ignored while the male pharmacist (pick up time was 2:30 on 1/18/2020) had a personal conversation with what I’m assuming is a family friend. He eventually noticed me and motioned for me to come forward, but the 3rd party never left. I looked at the man and motioned for him to leave as this was a private, medical conversation and he responded with, “don’t worry honey I’m not in a rush.” I looked at the pharmacist, who I was hoping would ask the man to step away, but he continued with my medication and his conversation with the 3rd party. I had to then confirm my address in front of the 3rd party, and then he made comments about my total and my medication. When I was getting ready to leave the pharmacist asked if I had any questions regarding my meds which I responded, “No, not that the general public needs to hear.” I did in fact have questions about my medication, but did not feel comfortable asking in front of the 3rd party. Personally, I feel like this is a HIPPA violation and I will be reporting it to corporate and hhs.gov."

"I absolutely love this pharmacy!! I have only used it myself a few times but my parents are regulars and the ladies that work here are just the best!! They always have them ready on time, give the warnings and make sure all your questions are answered before you leave. I just wanted people to know that this is the best pharmacy I've ever used."
