"This is one of MANY times I waste my time waiting in line at your Pharmacy."

"I am very unsatisfied with the lack of communication @ this pharmacy. Thursday 4.20.2023 I called & spoke with a woman named Katelyn in the pharmacy. I asked her when my son's prescription would be available for pickup. She instructed me to come the next day Friday 4.21.2023 after 3pm. Katelyn specifically told me to come after 3pm and that for sure that the prescription would be ready. I catch a lyft to the pharmacy on Friday. I arrive at the pharmacy @ 3:47pm. I then go to the counter and I am told that the medication is not there. I then ask why was I told to come after 3pm... ALL of the employees behind the desk were looking at me like I was crazy. The woman behind the counter does not apologize for the inconvenience & the woman Katelyn was there as well saying that the medication didn't come. My thing is this... if the medication is NOT in the pharmacy she should NOT have told me to come after 3pm. This was very inconsiderate & unprofessional. PLEASE HIRE BETTER EMOLOYEES!!!! (PLEASE VIEW NEXT REVIEW OF PHARMACY 8.11.2023 VISIT UNDER SUPERMARKET FOR PHILLIPS HWY LOCATION)"

"Pick up a prescription. I’m missing 30… have to go back & luckily got them back (bc they actually counted the pills & they were overstock in pharmacy) but do you know how wrong this could’ve gone?! What pharmacist isn’t doing their job?! This should be looked into.. seriously, you can’t mess with people’s livelihoods like that. There is ONE GOOD PERSON in this pharmacy & I don’t know his name but I’ll update as soon as I do.. I’m so glad he’s there."

"The two ladies with dreads are very spiteful!!! They intentionally cause me delays and issues everytime I'm unlucky enough to be in the area when I need a prescription filled!! This started because of a complaint I made about the manager flirting with Walmart customers instead of taking care of the line of pharmacy customers they had!! SO SAD BUT ITS WALMART SO I SUPPOSE THAT'S WHAT I SHOULD'VE EXPECTED!! I'LL ALWAYS TRY TO AVOID!!"

"I’ve been overcharged for prescriptions and showing a back to back charge in my account despite the associate stating it would not and claiming I had not paid and made me pay again resulting in the double charge. I paid using the Walmart app. She demanded I pay again even though I showed her where the hard withdrawal had posted to my bank account. I always have issues with my scripts being filled properly and don’t get a call back when they restock on scripts needing to be filled when they are out on the first request."
