"Most of the people up there are friendly but a few are slightly condescending. Have spent a good amount of money on equipment up there in the past couple months only to be treated like I'm a new face. Had a weedeater in there for warranty for a month. When I received it, they hadn't even done work on it and it was covered in what appeared to be machining dust with a stick on it that left residue and paper when removed. I will not buy equipment up here. I will make the drive to Jacksonville next time."
"I went into the store today to buy 2 bags of chicken pellets. Also the store charges $5 more per bag it's close to home so I figure I'd save in gas anyway. Also today was extra special because I bought 2 bags of pellets covered in cat piss. My suv smells now my clothes and to top it off I'm allergic to cats. I called to tell them I was headed back and was told someone would come grab the bags for me. No one came and they acted like I was putting them out and had no clue how this happened. Needless to say after them selling me pellets the last time and loading it. I got home to see crumble not pellets at all. I wont be back. Between my piss covered pellets and up charge on feed I'll be driving to Callahan to buy in bulk."
"I give them 5 stars. Good people good service . I made the mistake of driving to Florida in a vehicle someone else serviced, something I would normally never do. What happened , it broke down. I was 895 miles from home and stuck these guys were great.they had my parts in stock for a 20 year old truck. I thought I was going to be sleeping in the parking lot .the manager even took the time to come out and look at it to see my problem,and hooked me up with a rag and some hand cleaner.i think they were surprised I fixed it.thanks guys"
"This place was very unhelpful not only did it take a very long time for them to find a part they also had their return policy do not say anything about it until the part is bought which then you cannot return it this place is very unhelpful one of the worst Napa's I have been to in a while they need to build one in Fernandina cuz I know it will be a lot better than the people that works at this location I recommended you drive two River City if you're looking for a special part because this place is clearly unhelpful."
