"We had the truck scheduled to pick up on a Sunday morning. We showed up and the app was not allowing us to pick it up. Spoke to customer service who informed us the truck was not prepared for us. And that it would not be ready until Tuesday afternoon despite the reservation being confirmed for Sunday. We were relying on this reservation. There were no apologies, no one came to help. We ended up finding another uhaul to pick up 30 minutes away. So 2 hours into our alloted time and we just got access to a different truck. I will not use uhaul again due to this locations neglect."

"I was told at uhaul on Airport Rd. that I could return a utility trailer at any uhaul location and when I went here to this location to bring it back right before the cut off time this lady said I could not return it there. She said she only did trucks. I told her that I had to have it back by 5:00 and I was leaving it and I did. I read the reviews before I returned it there and I was ready for her. She will never get my business."
