"Highly recommend Dylan as your salesperson and Doug as the manager to work with (not saying anything bad about the others as we only got to experience Dylan and Doug)!! Unfortunately we weren’t able to purchase a vehicle from them (no fault of theirs, the dealership just didn’t have the vehicle with every single feature the wife wanted), but our experience with the both of them was phenomenal!! Dylan was upfront and honest, gave us clear pricing on the vehicle we were interested in, offered us a competitive offer for our trade, and they did not make us sit there for hours waiting for the “numbers,” took only about 10 minutes!! Dylan listened to every single feature my wife wanted and told her he would find that vehicle for her…he didn’t try to keep us there or sell us the vehicle we didn’t want, he let us go and said he’ll call us when he finds it. We left and he called about 10 minutes later letting us know the vehicle she wants is at a different dealership and he’ll try to see if they can trade one of theirs for the one she wants….we were very happy with that response and type of dedication to get what we actually wanted. It’s unfortunate that the other dealership wasn’t able to work with them so we could do business with Dylan! We will definitely be seeing Dylan again soon to buy my vehicle after we get my wife taken care of and I will recommend Dylan and Rob Anderson dealership to everyone I know in the South Ga/North Fl area. "I don't know why I keep going back, maybe because it's close to the house and no other Chevy/GMC dealership is nearby.. Every single time I go in for simple service (which is scheduled with an appointment) it takes entirely too long. For example.... A scheduled oil change should take no more than an hour right? I mean, I have an appointment. Most times it is 2 hours+. Drop your vehicle off equals we will get to it when we can... Aka you call to find out what's going on 6 hours later and then they say "shoot, let's look at this now even though they had an appointment 6 hours ago". I'll drive to Georgia in the future for all my needs. This place needs a lot of work."
