Walgreens Pharmacy 1669 Collins Avenue, Miami Beach, FL 33139

"Kind of a wierd setup with big empty space at entrance. Door was held open by man asking for change. But once inside, has all the basic things you'd expect in a Walgreens plus the touristy and beach items for Miami Beach. My issue was them not honoring a listed price that actually rang up that way on a box of water. Then the attitude I got from the cashier, who at first rang up the empty box, because I didn't want to carry the whole box of 12 1.5 liters of water, to be sure of the price. She then said no, that price wasn't accurate because I had to bring the full closed box. So I went to the back of the store to bring a full closed box and the price scanned the same, $3.79 for the box. She still said that's not right and called another lady, maybe a manager, and she also said the price was wrong. I showed her the sign and that it was scanning that way and the listed price per ounce on the sign also matches the total amount of water in the box. I even compared two signs, demonstrating where one said 12 (for # of bottles) and one didn't and the price per ounce. They refused to honor the price, and I wasn't going to make too big a deal of it, trying to stay friendly and because people were waiting in line, and I also told them I understand it's probably a mistake, but that's what the sign says and what it's ringing up as in your system, and part of it was just to bring it up to them as well to fix it. As we finished checking out with the other items we bought, the cashier made a snide remark, which is really what made me write this review. Before that it was just a kind of a funny experience, which turned into more of a negative one. I'll be frequenting the nicer CVS right down the street from now on."

"Has all basic staples - paper towels, sunblock, some sandwiches, drinks, water & wine. A lot of traffic but service is fast. Dedicated liquor store is next door - Walgreens Liquor. Be aware that you need ID to buy beer & wine - no exceptions."

"The cashier greeted me when I came into the store security greeted me as well. I went and grabbed what I needed, went to the register, and paid for my items with no issues, no problems. Everyone was overly nice"

"Buying customer who comes here all the time, needed to use the restroom so I asked one employee, he first said they don’t have to which I asked where do you go then? His next answer was it’s only for employees. I said to him Is this the only Walgreens people can’t use the restroom because the one by my house let’s you use it. Anyways he then tells me to ask his manager, I go to his manager and she tells me is out of service, I said to her that’s not what your employee said to me. Where do the lies end?? I just want to use the restroom, why is it so difficult? What kind of customer service is this place giving? So disappointed on something as simple as this."
