"I bought a car from them four years ago. The car was actually okay, a couple of repairs needed. BUT THEY SOLD ME A CAR THAT HAD A LIEN ON IT WITHOUT A LIEN RELEASE WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE. They REFUSE to answer the phone. These guys need to be sued for their shady business practices. They are committing FRAUD, steer clear."

"To whom it may concern,My complaint has been concerning a used car mishap. On February 5,2015 I purchased a 2001 Saab from the Fusion Auto Group and on March 3,2015 I called the dealership where Mr. Ramon Reverol answered and we discussed the fact that the engine of the car they sold me had been malfunctioning. Reverol was telling me that he would call their mechanic and get back to me, which he never did. I called the following day and faxed him a hand written letter which was received March 4,2015 at 2:05pm. Every time I called I left a voice mail however no one ever got back to me. Since March 4,2015 I have called a total of 20 times, with no reply ever. Then on March 6,2015 I personally went to the dealership in order to talk to Reverol. His employees told me to wait, which I did for 2 hours then told that he wouldn't be coming in, to leave him a message. So I left my contact information with his employees and to this day Reverol has not contacted me. I am a disabled army veteran with a pacemaker and a cane and without a car I cannot transport myself to the doctor or to my PTSD group meetings. At this point I had to invest in repairing my old truck in order to somehow have transport, however that is now in late March, which means I had no means of transport for almost 3 weeks. Product_Or_Service: car Desired Settlement I want justice for what was done to me, I was scammed and I want my money back. I needed transport and at this point I had to unnecessarily invest in something that should've been taken car of the first time around. Thank you so much."

"Disregard whatever review that you see here. They are nothing but crooks, they will do whatever they can do to get your hard earning money. I bought a recently used vehicle from them a few days ago, "drive like new, just serviced and maintained" is total utter bulls**t!! They coated all the rust and spray painted it with black paint. Making all the bad rotted rusty parts looks brand new. Beware of these con artist used car dealership. Their cars are nothing but junk!"
