"*I raised the stars from 1 to 3: Because a peaceful resolution was provided and I would return to this establishment. Resolution: After back and forth between the dr. And the pharmacist, I was able to get my prescription resent/ filled. Interaction: The pharmacist wanted it to be very clear “his job is not customer service, it is to protect people from drugs, because they are bad for people.” I believe he takes his job seriously and I can appreciate that. I also believe this was some type of clerical error. Edit 1: after reviewing the other complaints it sounds like the new pharmacist needs retrained on how to use their computer system and better customer service. original post: I’ve never been hung up or bullied by a “professional” in my life until this new pharmacist! I used to get the best service here, now the help / new pharmacist hangs up on you, makes noises when he can’t figure out the answer. THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever had, never have I been told “ if u extend this conversation even one more second- I will not ever fill any of your prescriptions”. All because he says my prescription isn’t there. (But it was there on Monday, and my Dr. Office and the dr. Office app, both show it was sent to University Pharmacy on cove bend 6/22/23 and I’ve been waiting on a prescription on back order) SAME PLACE I HAVE GOT MY PRESCRIPTIONS FOR YEARS. It’s only the second time I’ve seen this new pharmacist there. He is a big mistake… he clearly doesn’t care about driving away loyal Customers. I’m requesting a call back from this establishment in order to discuss what’s happened today. I will update this post with any new interactions. Bring back the old pharmacist!! So nice and knowledgeable"

"I attempted to use this pharmacy. When I called to ask if they received my prescription ( a non narcotic med) they said no. I asked, is it possible since I have never used you before could there be an issue, or if they needed more information to find my prescription. The man was curt, said if " they sent it, it would be under your name". Called my doctor, they showed it was sent and the pharmacy received the script. My doctor called the pharmacy, after getting the run around she finally got the guy to admit he received the script but gave her attitude and said well we don't have her insurance. The pharmacy could have told me that when I called, could have called me or my doctor. They clearly did not want to be bothered with my easy prescription, they treated myself and the lady at my doctor's office poorly. I will never go through that hassle with this pharmacy again."

"Our pain doc sent us to there own pharmacy cause it suppose to be easier and less of a hassle, but now my wife has to suffer for the next 2 weeks cause they don't have any of her meds . So if something happens, they r gonna be responsible !!"

"GREAT PHARMACY! MY HUSBAND AN I LOVE IT THERE. THEY ARE VERY KIND AND COURTEOUS. IT IS ALWAYS VERY CLEAN AN WELCOMING THERE. ALWAYS VERY FAST SERVICE!
