Walgreens Pharmacy

"Wow. The disrespect that the head pharmacist was giving her pharmacy techs was so bad. The short blonde (pharmacist) was literally talking AT, not to, one of her techs. She was belittling Rony who kept his cool under pressure. I just so happen to catch his name because she pointed him out specifically. That couldn't have been me. She would have got snapped on. No wonder why most of the techs there transfered to the Davis Island pharmacy. Anyway, she was so loud, complaining about everything. No wonder why they gave out wrong meds to patients..all of the techs there are under extreme pressure. It was so sad to have to witness this. There's a man who holds a sign outside of their pharmacy saying they gave them the wrong RX. So check your meds on pill finder also. But it was just unbelievable how hostile of a work environment this place is. You would think as an adult and the person in charge would handle it more professionally, but she acted like a child and Uber entitled to hold her position. I get you paid for that education or still are paying for those loans, but it's not necessary to be rude. She could have pulled him to the side and said what she had to say, she didn't need to embarrass that man the way she did. It seemed like the longer the line got both inside and outside of the drive thru, the louder she got. I will never ever be back to this location for mine or my family's medicine. For the techs who work there, I'm so sorry you have to deal with such behavior from someone who deams themselves as a "medical professional". She doesn't deserve the title or position she has. She needs to find Jesus, for real. This happened today 12/13/2023"

"I wish I could give this pharmacy 0 stars. Hands down the worse experiences I’ve ever had here. They have 5-6 people behind the counter and the line does NOT move. Zero consideration for their customers. Not to mention the techs have no idea what they are even selling, today I was treated so poorly when I asked TWO techs a simple question about which is better for chest congestion between 2 OTC drugs. Both said “I don’t know.” Then I asked if she could find out and the pharmacist herself was a literal c***. Not sure if she thought she was being funny by talking to me like I was a complete idiot for asking a question that two of her techs should’ve known an answer to but it made me cry. The pharmacist herself also yelled at the tech on the phone with a customer to tell them to go waste time at a different location. Unbelievable. I’m extremely sick and was just trying to get my medicine and was treated so horribly and with zero consideration or professionalism. I will NEVER be coming back here. So unorganized and nobody knows what they are doing."

"This is the worst pharmacy ever. I scheduled a flu shot and literally had to wait over an hour. It was so disorganized and chaotic the whole time."

"They need more help. Only one pharmacist is ever working. They never answer theirs phone. Also don’t bother scheduling an appt. They won’t get you in on time. Took one hour to get two shots I scheduled an appt for. They also took a walk in before me who had a scheduled appt. So infuriating."

"Super slow, waited 40 minutes and they didn’t even have medication ready after receiving a call much in advanced that it was ready for pick-up. Would not recommend."
