"Prescribed medication should not take 30 hours to fill for just 1 medication.. Always have issues getting it done on time. My girlfriend had a script transmitted to the pharmacy Tuesday at 9:30am. We went to pick it up Wednesday afternoon and it still wasn’t done!! She had to wait and still they kept bypassing her to prepare vaccines and prescription that were just handed in.Things should be done in the order they are received. Common sense. Horrible! Ever since the staff changed service has changed. Frustration is not just from me but also other customers and my other half. GET THEIR ACT TOGETHER!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. They just kept staring at her while she waited. Who’s going to fill her prescription already?! I had to step in to get them to do their jobs quickly."

"Covid 19 Booster. GET IT HERE. Kudos to Cindi. Fast, clean, professional. Appointment was booked online for 7:30. I arrived on time, got my shot, had a little shopping to do afterwards and was driving out at 7:49. True story."

"THIS is the place to go if you want your Pharmacists and their Staff to give you EXCELLENT Customer Service!! Danielle C and Amanda H spent about an hour+ over TWO DAYS to get Medicaid to pay for my flu shot, but Medicaid has tons of restrictions and cracking their code is difficult (although I have to say Florida Straight Medicaid has treated me VERY WELL!!!) AND, this Pharmacy is attached to what I call "Publix Disneyland" - a huge Publix with a primo wine selection! (I didn't know that this was actually the very first Publix in Tampa - I was talking with a very friendly Manager (I think he's been there 32+ years!) and a Shift Lead who was also super cool!). I usually shop at the Publix on Nebraska, which is closer to my house and also has EXCELLENT Customer Service, but they don't have a Pharmacy so I sent over to S Dale Mabry. I could shop that store for HOURS!!"

"This pharmacy cares and will bend over backwards to help. I went to an emergency walk in clinic close by and was offered antibiotics at the clinic which was $20 in the clinic, and a cough syrup prescription to pick up. Long story short, the walk in clinic near by messed up my prescription and did not give me the antibiotics and instead sent the entire prescription to Publix Pharmacy for over $100 and without the cough medicine. After paying and leaving Publix I quickly noticed that there was only one prescription in there. Andrea was able to reach out to me and find a way to help discount the cost I paid at the pharmacy $100 vs what I could have paid at the walk in clinic $20. Knowing someone went out of their way to help knowing there wasn't another option for me means a lot. Thanks Andrea!"
