"Never again will I drive all the way to this pharmacy, only to discover their google hours and store hours posted on the sign are completely wrong. The pandemic has been over for almost two years and they say due to this they need to make house calls from 4-6? By the way, there is NO WAY to Know this unless you listen to their dates answering machine message when you arrive and no one is working - Please spare your customers who drive in and change your business hours so others have the benefit of knowing what is happening!!! Such poor regard for customers -"

"They are only open Monday through Friday from 10 AM to 4 PM. They cite Covid as the reason. Covid reasoning has passed. I won’t be back. The hours are inconvenient for pick up, plus it doesn’t seem like the two primary people there get along very well."

"For 25 years I've shopped and or paid my utility bills at West Shore Pharmcy and never had a bad encounter. I consider myself to be the one that would get a "nasty" staffer because I'm not one of them BUT NEVER. Yesterday after not been in the store for over 2 years, I went to pay my TECO bill and the TECO system was down, Kevin said "I'll hold on to the payment until their system is back up, process it, and lay aside the receipt for you." He did just that and for that I am thankful."
