"Best pharmacy in Lakeland, they fill my prescriptions very quickly and are always courteous. They always have the right medicines and I find that they charge me very fair prices in fact they seem to look for ways to save me money and they are consistently accurate. Pete and the rest of the staff are always helpful. It does make me sad that they have so many 'thin skinned snow flakes' giving them such a hard time in the reviews. I think these adult babies should just go and deal with the other 'chain pharmacies' that truly disrespect customers and treat people like trash. As for me I am so thankful for Cleveland heights pharmacy and truly wish them the best! If you want a great pharmacy this is it, if you are an adult baby you will never be happy, grow up."

"The man with the accent is very rude and disrespectful. He made a mistake on 8 refills and did 16 refills! Not only is this dangerous for my patient but it's outrageous! The amount ended up being 408.00 she's elderly and on a fix income he said maybe I'm confused and to call back I said no I'm not confused u messed up and took this lady's $. He said awell keep them she will use them eventually.! It's very irresponsible for a pharmacist to refill meds that are not due yet! He's a jerk and a theif! Also he's refilling meds that are not on her chart of refills. They been off for over a yr and it's $30.00 a refill! He steals and when he gets caught he acts like we are dumb idiots cuz we caught him!"

"The owner was unprofessional and condescending after being asked a simple question in a nice manner. He did this in front of other customers. A call was made to let him know that his response was not appreciated at all (his assistant answered). The owner never responded, he will lose my families business."

"Owner was openly rude when I asked about a new charge on a prescription. I asked nicely. He acted like I was foolish to ask and told me I was wrong about having no cost on the medication previously. He was incorrect. He was disrespectful with no cause. Basically blowing me off and acting like I was a nuisance. Not ok."

"Switched here recently. Mom has used them forever. Always good experience until today. Pete was very dismissive today when I asked why I had a co-pay when I normally don't. I asked the cashier about it, and he said sharply, "no, it's not" when I told her it's normally free. Then he was snickering under his breath, like I was an idiot to inquire. Told me to check with my insurance. I don't mind checking with insurance and I don't mind a co-pay. I do, however, mind being disrespected out of turn. Uncool. I'll be going back to Publix Pharmacy."
