"Most of the pharmacists are very nice and have great customer service. There is one gentleman in particular, I believe his name is Michael, who always goes above and beyond to ensure a smooth and convenient pharmacy experience. However, I had an absolutely inexcusable experience today with the lady working. My medication was scheduled to be refilled today, and she said blatantly refused to do so. I received verbal confirmation from my doctor and a text from CVS themselves stating I could refill it today due to leaving the state for NYE this weekend. The refill date is within legal parameters so there is no reason I shouldn’t be able to do so. But the lady working (has a very strong accent, but didn’t catch her name) argued with me for 10 minutes then finally agreed to refill it tomorrow, as if doing her job terribly was some kind of favor to me. I’m in total shock at the exchange that transpired today and hope this story reaches someone of higher authority so appropriate coaching can be provided to her."

"Always have a great experience here, unlike local Walgreens. They do often have to order one of my monthly meds but as long as I call a couple days in advance, they have it by the time my prescription is due to be filled; or, if I forget to do that, the longest I’ve ever waited for them to get it in is overnight. Very polite, courteous, and helpful. The pharmacist, Sean, expedited filling a prescription for me this month due to an issue with it. EXCELLENT customer service."

"The team members at this CVS Pharmacy, inside the Target store, located at 4005 Highway 98 North, Lakeland, are always friendly and outgoing. They explain things very clearly, answer any questions you have and make sure you do not have any other concerns. As a general rule, I have never cared for CVS Pharmacy, but this pharmacy is an exception."
