My medications are never covered by my insurance but they have so far always managed to use manufacturers coupons or savings cards to get my medications for free or extremely low price. The free delivery is fantastic, I always have the same driver who shows up around the same time, and he’s very sweet. The pharmacy staff is very timely about calling to ask if I’m ready for a refill and giving you a heads up for when the delivery will come. They don’t have automated texts, when they text you, someone will actually text you back. I’m not sure how and why all the negativity from other people, but I have to think they were isolated experiences. "I placed a call to them 2 months ago they said they would call when they received a coupon for a medication. Today they decide to charge me and attempt delivery with no verbal authorization! Two months!! Next time before just charging someone make sure you actually speak with the customer confirm if medication is still needed if insurance on file is current verify address and get authorization to take payment especially when you’re charging over twice the cost!"
