Service is available but thank goodness. I don't need them yet. I believe its a well run operation where you can get all your Harley needs."

"The one star because of the bike because I like it, the other 4 starts because of their time management, not respecting their word, and adding way too many expenses without explanation. A good sales person would explain the prices and what do those prices cover, they did go over the services very well but the costs of each they didn’t which is not fair especially when you are adding $10000 additional to the price, you better have it written in more details. As for the timing we did go pick up a bike got a price deal and asked if they can honor it, they didn’t ops! The appointment time which was set and confirmed multiple time over the week and explained twice that we are busy and we don’t have time, we got there 3:28 pm appointment 3:30 pm left 8:17 pm the time is exact the only thing we needed to do is pay get the bike and leave the manger says 5 minutes at first and 3 hours after we still there, to add there was only one customer ahead of us. The whole transaction took about 20 minutes let say taking off all the talk we did unrelated to the subject. To add they said they are giving us discount on the and that the bike the is couple thousand more just to check online and fine it with the same exact price they gave us. It’s fine to bundle but I’m paying so I gotta know what I’m paying for in details it’s thousands we are talking about. Heads up I’m writing this on the survey too, I’m not writing this out of anger but out of respect to you guys because I like the bikes and I would like to be back next year, but if I saw the same service, I will be leaving."
