"Customer service here is horrible, one employee as we step in looking around for some earrings she is stocking and we hear her saying stuff around the lines of “if you are not getting anything get out” anyways if you hate your job that much you should quit why take it out on other people. This happened around the time of 10 pm @ 12/17/19. I hope the manager sees this and speaks to the employee. Rude. Just rude."
"Horrible customer service. As I was leaving the store, I asked politely the employee if she could take my basket back because I wasn’t purchasing anything, she got the basket and aggressively threw it on the floor, I just said “excuse me” and she replied “don’t you see my hands are full?” I told her she was rude and, sarcastically she thanked me for the compliment. I will never step foot on that store again. A customer service employee should never talk back in an aggressive way with a customer."
