"!!!!! Beware !!!!! Owner of Ground Zero Pace Fl Chuck Bradley, took $524.00 from me for start up Install Underglow Lights to be put on my Mini Van. Its been over 2 months and he never done the Job and is keeping my money. Putting me off with excuse after excuse. Now he locks the doors there. He is very sorry guy stealing my money. This is a very small town we live in. Im sure he is going under. Dont Trust are have no dealing with him or his Business .."

"Beware, Very shady and unsafe work. Also paid $2400 for seats and never got them or the refund, unfortunately taking Chuck Bradley and Ground Zero to court now. Zip tied a metal bracket to the back of the seat instead of doing it properly!"

"So torn on what to post here but feel I need to share with others considering using their shop. Duncan was my first contact and he brought me into the shop when I swung by because I needed someone to install a performance chip on my diesel engine. Was quick and easy but I also had some other electrical sporadic problems which he diagnosed and spent more time than he charged me for. Duncan figured it out and got it repaired. Had some other issues and he gave me some ideas and options. Then the other owner Chuck got involved and things broke down. Was told not to contact Duncan and all had to go through him. Then communications got sporadic at best and my truck got pushed out of the shop for another few days even though the part came in, it sat for another 3 or 4 days before them getting back to it. Then their was some paint damage to my truck door when somebody dinged it on the lift in their shop. He did take care of that but he had to take it to another shop and had it for a few more days before I finally got it back. Then took days to get a response to those other issues and his estimates came back much higher than what Duncan and I had talked about. Then I got a very defensive text from Chuck detailing he knows what was best. Brought that up with Duncan and he did not respond. Then I was told they would not work on my truck anymore. That's the honest truth. Sad to see it end that way."
