"Shop elsewhere. These people are inept with zero customer service skills. I brought a guitar in for new strings. It was to be finished two days later, but it took five. Ok, it happens. Then, I paid with a debit card. It was charged twice for the same thing. I showed this to the manager on my bank account app, yet she insisted it was voided and pending, which is ridiculous because it can't be both. My bank says there is no indication of the extra charge being voided. So, as of now, I paid $78 twice for new strings. Spend your money elsewhere. Support a store who appreciates your business."

"Just ordered a guitar from Steve and he was the most amazing sales person to deal with. Responsive by texting me multiple pics, accommodating due to his descriptions & for playing the guitar over the phone, and ultimately for smoothly closing the deal. He is a real credit to his profession, cudos to this store and owner for hiring such employees. Now I can't wait to receive, evaluate, and play my new old guitar."

"This store specifically has treated me rudely on multiple occasions. I attempted to trade in an Ovation and purchase a Taylor but the person there told me that it would take to long and to come back another day if I wanted to trade something in. I was gonna purchase the Taylor anyway only to find out it had 2 large scratches on the top. The damage was no big surprise because while I was in there I watched a gentleman who was clearly high on some sort of drugs beating on an electric guitar and playing like he was giving a private performance when I approached the associate about it he said he knew and they were trying to get rid of him for an hour. Second time was a day later when I called about a guitar I dropped off , that I purchased from them 3 months ago because I had a loose wire. I was told it would be done next day when I called the person on the phone was rude and without asking who I was said "no it's not done and our tech is off today so it will be a couple days" I will go elsewhere from now on."

"This guitar center is a mess. 2 stars because the sales guy seemed to be doing what he could with what he had but even as a sales person, I’d clean my section up a bit, make sure the items you do have are labeled with price tags, brand items put together so you know what the options are with easy to find pricing, and maybe just an “out of stock” on items not currently in inventory. Even if you had to resort to post it notes and a note pad. Seems like this store is just waiting to be put out of its misery from online retailers. Such a waste of time. Back to Amazon prime!"
