"I don't know if it's just this location, but this store is like the walmart of craft stores. It's half dark and the aisles are messy with stuff on the floor and product tossed all over the bottom of the racks. Most of the racks are empty of product. You have to dig to find what you want then you have to read the empty price hooks to match up price to product. I love Joann because their paper craft section is much better than Michael's but this store needs new management."

"I’m hoping this store is going through a transitionary period. The store was so dimly lit and disorganized. It seemed like the fabric section had been ripped apart then rushed to put the bolts away along with the rest of the store looking like a mad sale happened hours before and then no effort was made to restore the stock. It was so dimly lit and the staff was less than friendly."

"VERY DISAPPOINTING! Called store in Argyle Forrest, FL and asked them to look for bolt of material I purchased 2 weeks ago but she said look on line or if have receipt to look up code. She WOULD NOT WALK HERSELF back to fabrics to look for it. Then what good are you as a representative of the store to help YOUR CUSTOMERS. I am a truck driver and on the road for weeks at a time and won't be home for 2 weeks and I need more of this fabric looking for out of what they have left and hoping to put on hold till my daughter can get off work to go get it in 2 days. Definitely no customer service at this store. VERY UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!"

"I’ve never been to a Joann fabrics store in my life but dear god I hope this isn’t the norm for them as a company. The woman cutting fabric was extremely slow and for whatever reason refused to give me the fabric until I downloaded the app and used a coupon. She then stuck my ticket I need to pay for the fabric inside the roll and didn’t tell me so obviously it fell out on my way to the counter. Then the lazy dude up there started whining and moaning when I gave him the specific material and how much of it I had and made me go back and ask her for the ticket. FINALLY somebody who wasn’t totally useless came up after the lazy cashier had a line backed up and she immediately pulled up the material, charged me, and got me taken care of. Thank god for her, otherwise I was about to walk out of the store. Please god do not got here to buy fabric"
