"Visited this location today and was pleasantly greeted. Been here before for notary services and no problem. (Reason they got any stars at all) Needed the same documents notarized again so why not return to the same place. This time the notary took it upon herself to review my documents which contained a lot of personal information. She then proceeded to tell me I needed to add information to my documents which I deemed unnecessary. And if I didn't add the info she wouldn't notarize the documents. Well nothing upset me more, a notary is someone who validates you are who you say/sign you are and matches your name on the documents. I asked if she would offer a free notary service if my documents were rejected and she had nothing to say. Don't ever plan to use this place again because of one employee..."
"I love the tootsie rolls! I love how they have all those windows and try to get to you as soon as possible by having you go to any window. The staff is usually quite pleasant, which is NOT the case at most other check cashing stores I've gone to. They need to open an Amscot in Hollywood."
