"Unprofessional, unorganized, and plain ghetto. Don’t bank here. It isn’t credit union; it’s a bank behind the scenes. $5 statement fees? $10 cashier’s check fees? 7% coin machine fee? I mean, wow. I was told to come back another day for a CD cause I came in at 4pm. It was the big black lady that approached me."
