"For non member transactions they ask for three things, one Valid ID ( Driving license), Social Security Number and a phone number. According to this branch it's the policy. One form of ID is okay. Not everything. DL Id, SSN and phone no. No way. I think someone is playing with it. As other bank only ask for one form of ID..."

"Great friendly staff. Vincent is the best. Get here early or you'll be waiting in line for 20-30 minutes in the afternoon. Parking is not the best and sometimes is a struggle to find a parking space."

"I went into this branch to deposit money into my sons savings account. I was told that my checking account qualified for an upgrade, and the teller asked if I wanted to make an appointment. Someone was supposed to call me last week Monday (10 days ago) for my appointment, and no one did. I have been trying to call the branch since then, but no one answers the phone. I’ve tried mornings and afternoons…nothing."

"Let's just start with the front desk. They're constantly talking poorly and unprofessionally about the people coming through the drive through line and previous customers. I had been in there multiple times because I was renewing a car loan. I had everything they needed to do the car loan correctly. Given them everything and then some. They wasted my time on multiple occasions and my father's. They don't know what they are doing at this branch. It's like they are all new. Now I happily have a Suncoast."
