Five Below

"Very clean and organized store but I do not understand the point of self checkout if the employees ring up your items for your anyways and say its policy or whatever, it defeats the whole purpose and the last time I was there they didn’t do anything like that. I understand preventing theft but I can use shelf checkout by myself."

"The guest service in this store is horrible. The people working are very rude and disrespectful to their customers. On this night at closing 1/22/24 the young lady moaning over the intercom and then rudely speaking in different languages as if the customers don’t understand. She kept threatening to shut down the registers 8minutes before their actual closing times. This is very uncalled for and she definitely needs to learn how to properly talk to customers. This is the worst 5 Below experience I’ve ever had and I’m a local."

"Visited this store location for the first time and was racially profiled. Very dissatisfied with the manager David who has his employees watch my four kids in I during our visit to this store. Took my kids to five below as a reward for good grades to end up being treated like a criminal. Spent $100 on items and I will never go back again."

"great new location in the Dr. Phillips area. it’s very clean and organized. there’s a wide variety of products offered- apparel, accessories, home decor, artificial plants, workout equipment, snacks, and more. the staff is nice and helpful. this location is in a plaza so there’s lots of parking available."
