Staff has always been incredibly friendly, and the wait times have significantly improved. -- Friendly but slow. Both university and 6th Ave are super slow. Order ahead, order is ready, but still have to wait 30+ minutes just to pick up and to pay. There were 2 people ahead of me already waiting."
