What a lame excuse for customer service, you should work in a factory with how rude you are. ‘I didn’t deposit your money because other customers came in’ .. and then hangs up on me… this was an HOUR after She spoke to me while trying to deposit my money through the drive thru and said okay to emailing my receipt. The Florida branches don’t compare to Michigan- this one tops it’s in becoming the next generic BANK."
