"Wish they had a better rewards system. I filled out two of those cards with stamps but then saw it expires so basically they threw them away for me. My actual reward points can't be used on anything I buy regularly either. Just kind of discouraging I guess."
"Friendly staff. Good price and product. The waiting room ony has four chairs and I generally try to let the older folks have them. There is not much they can do on that because of the layout,so be ready to stand while waiting,but they do have an awesome flip rate get you in and out in timely fashion."
"UPDATE OCTOBER 2023: I PLACED AN ORDER ONLINE AND WHEN I ARRIVED THERE WAS A 15 MINUTE WAIT JUST TO SPEAK TO THE LONE EMPLOYEE IN THE OTHER ROOM. WHY PLACE ORDER ONLINE ONLY TO WAIT IN A LOBBY WITH FAR TOO FEW CHAIRS? THIS WAS MY LAST VISIT HERE AS I VOTE WITH MY MONEY AND THIS PLACE NO LONGER WILL GET MY VOTE. This place did not impress me at all. The vibes are nothing but corporate, and there is no personality behind the brand. The lobby is stark and impersonal. The waiting area (and wait, you will) did not have enough seats, so people were standing around. With your name displayed on a large screen TV, you wait in one room until an employee yells out your name from another room. It's not too classy of a setup. Prices were nothing special. As with other reviews, I have seen that the product on the website was not available upon arrival. This place is adequate for now as it is currently the only dispensary in Pace."
