"I bought a candy arrangement yesterday for valentines for my wife. She works nights so I had flowers and such ready for her when she got home. She open the candies and started eating them and noticed a funny taste so she checked expiration dates everything she open was expired. I called hummingbird they said sure come on we will make it right. Well I brought candy up with me and pulled everything out it all was expired. They only gave me refund for cost of candy bundle and gave me a cheap box of chocolate. Now this is Valentine’s Day this was embarrassing and wife ate expired candy so buyer beware. They said they just bought all their candy which there was no way so of this stuff expired middle of last yr. Nothing was in date. I feel my whole order should have at least been refunded or done little more than a cheap box of chocolate. Very upset very embarrassed"
"Fast, friendly service. I was placing an online order for delivery for the following day and accidentally checked out before completing the card message. I immediately messaged them on Facebook and immediately got a response, after normal business hours. I explained what happened, sent them what I wanted the card to say and they took care of it. The next morning, I wake up and have a text message asking some questions so they could include just the perfect ribbon on the bouquet. That is what I call fantastic customer service!!"
