"Update after closing on my January2024 loan! I just used Ryan again, this time it was for a purchase for a new home build. It's almost unheard of for a mortgage company to be able to beat out the builder's lender because they give so many incentives to go with them. But Ryan did just that!! He saved me hundreds of dollars on my mortgage payment as well as saved me in closing costs and he got my loan approved in lightning speed time! We had one hiccup along the way and I love the approach he took when he had to deliver the news to me. He started off by saying please read the entire text because it gets better! LOL we encountered a problem but he had a solution so it didn't slow down the process or stop us from being able to get the loan. Because of his years of experience, he's able to get creative and come up with solutions that most loan officers simply can't do because they haven't done this as long as Ryan has. I highly recommend going with him as your lender if you're looking for a loan officer for a refinance or a purchase! Here's my initial review after he did my refinance a few years ago: Ryan and his team gave me a great deal on my refinance and saved me a little over $300/mo and zero out of pocket. Other loan officers were quoting me higher rates and it was going to cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket to close. His team was on top of it from the beginning to end and made sure it was a seamless closing. I highly recommend them if you need a mortgage loan!"
