"I am a driver for this company and they are one of the most passionate and caring florists I have ever worked for . They go out of their way to make every customer happy . Although we can control traffic we try our hardest to get the all floral arrangement to the clients on time . It is sad sometimes when the wire service sending orders to this company do not give the Owen’s all the money they are receiving to make the flower pieces they expect . So many times I see the staff add more flowers to make the floral arrangements look nicer so the clients are happy . To me this shows loyalty and success for this company . I am proud to be one of there many employees."

"A mom and son run this place. The mom is an absolute doll. Very knowledgeable. Has been doing some very interesting stuff like teaching a Floral Arrangements and giving a discount after the class. Everything they’ve done for me has been on time and very elegant and I have to tell you the price points are more than reasonable. I’m not a Karen but people know I’m fussy about service just like I treat my patience. Lots of times I’ve been disappointed with Florists , but not this time."

"Don’t order from this place if you value your money. You can get better flowers at Whole Foods than here. Just ordered for 3 year anniversary and paid 130 for “medium size”. Received 4 roses and some fun flowers and a few little detail flowers. That’s me getting into detail. This is a celebration designers choice bouquet. Was supposed to be for 3 year anniversary and ordered it with a note as well, the note wasn’t attached. The vase isn’t as pretty as in the picture as well, there are rocks but with delivery it’s very simple. Value = terrible. Design = worthy of 20 dollars. Worst flower experience I’ve ever had. embarrassing giving this to my wife. Drive down to Whole Foods and get better options honestly. Hand comparison for measure. It’s very small."

"Please pay attention and take time to read through the other one star reviews. I assumed with a 4.5 star rating this establishment would have been a great place to purchase my mothers birthday flowers from and it was anything but great. I ordered the “birthday cake” flower arrangement and also paid for delivery and tip. The first and second arrangement delivered looked horrendous and nothing like the color or shape of what was on the website. It was not even “similar” as the website states it would be. After calling the establishment I spoke with the front desk worker who stated they made a mistake and would re-deliver the correct bouquet of flowers to me that day. I thought the issues would stop there but it just got worse. I understand things can not look exactly as pictured, however what I received looked like it was quickly thrown together, and to spend so much money on an arrangement to not even get close to what you asked for is sad. These were not “slight” variations it was plain different from the type of flowers, shape, and color. No apologies were given until after being yelled at over the phone with the manager and owner of the establishment, so I was told, Rose. Rose is unprofessional and argumentative. I was told I should not be unsatisfied with the arrangement as she re-made it for me so I should be grateful. She stated she would not refund me and that she’s been in this business for x amount of years so she knows what she is doing. I called as an unsatisfied customer and what I got in return was belittling of my character and yelled at by someone who clearly needs to re-evaluate themselves and their business. After being hung up on, I called back, completely disturbed by the lack of professionalism and restated to Rose, that I wanted a COMPLETE refund and was then told I could deliver the flowers back to them for my refund. Rose then wanted to apologize by letting me know I should keep the bouquet that I had, minus a refund, and she would just give me a dozen roses the next visit instead…. I rejected that offer. A poor and late excuse for an apology. Although I accepted the verbal apology. The damage was done and at that point the flowers were no longer needed for the birthday which is why I wanted a refund and happily drove to the location myself to deliver it back to them, free of charge. I will not patronize or waste time on their establishment again. Beware."
