Very Bill Cosby of some of these other reviewers, (...that the owners definitely don't know... riiiight.) They think all these women with AWFUL experiences... YEP, MUST BE THE WOMENS FAULT. Grow up baby-boi. These men's egos are very fragile. No wonder they work in the flower distribution business... A delicate business for a delicate ego! Asking a question about pricing, when there are no labels, or signage is not being difficult. I think I will go back just to record an experience. To dispel any accusations and post it! I have the utmost confidence in my words. Picking fights for no reason. Shame on that very unhappy, angry Indian man, with the lazy eye. I don't give a doodle, if you're a hard-working guy, show some respect for humankind and yourself. I will only return to record them, they won't even know it."

"I have never left a bad review but today’s experience was so jarring! THE OWNER must be going through a lot of pain and suffering to be the rudest, most dismissive and disrespectful person I’ve ever encounter! He abruptly moved my flowers from the counter (with no one waiting behind me) when I told him to give me a min to see if I wanted to get anything extra because I was holding the 5 bouquets in my arms. I tried to explain again and he got so reactive he said those were his flowers and proceeded to tell me to not come back. I’ve been coming here for years now, he has always been on a bit on the rude spectrum but I’ve usually only interacted with the other gentleman who is so so sweet! HE DOES HAVE A BEAUTIFUL SELECTION OF FLOWERS & COMPETITIVE PRICES IN TOWN. If you select well, flowers open beautifully. If you still decide to venture in there… go with the compassion that this person needs some form of help and much needed love they haven’t gotten yet."

"Where to begin? If you’ve ever seen Seinfeld’s “Soup Nazi” episode and would like to experience it IRL, come visit this place. From reading other reviews, it seems you may rarely encounter stellar customer service. If so, count yourself as one in a rare group of people! The day I went, the flowers were fair. My intention was to see what orchids they had available. The store has many orchids, mainly phalaenopsis which were obvious since they were in bloom. Other pots were not blooming and not clearly marked as to what kind they were or priced at all. Perhaps this is what annoyed the gentleman behind the counter. I asked prices several times and ended up selecting two or three small pots after being there about 20 minutes. The man angrily told me to finish selecting and to take stuff off the counter. I felt like a child that had been sent to bed without dessert for misbehaving. I haven’t experienced this level and awful customer service ever. The testament to the power of this man’s awfulness is that this happened just after Valentine’s Day last year. So, when I say it’s bad, believe me. Now you may ask why I gave him a two star review, instead of one or a mention of a zero/negative review. That is because he had an enormous selection of orchids and a nursery of sorts behind the store where there are quite a few plants. If you have a need for orchids (mainly phalaenopsis) and can’t find them anywhere else, you can come here and you will find them. Be quick about your business, don’t put things on the counter and you might be ok!"

"Extremely rude and unpleasant staff. I went there to get flowers for my mother. I was met by a “gentleman” who was flippant and dismissive when I asked for help. Not sure if he’s having a bad day or week, but nothing justifies this behavior in a customer facing position. Kind of ironic in a flower store."
