"I had an appointment booked to pick up my watch, upon arrival they had no record of my appointment and when I showed them the confirmation message there was no apology for the mix up. The service for the pick up was quick and the lady was very nice for which I give the stars. Very unprofessional for such a high end store and an exceptional level of customer service is expected. "I am revolted with the concierge and customer service at this Boutique. I booked an appointment two weeks in advance, to pick up a buckle and band for my watch and to have it installed. I provided the exact reference. When they called me to confirm the appointment yesterday, they were not able to provide stock availability of the items. So I called again this morning before my afternoon appointment to confirm this. I don’t want to drive for hours to get there only to learn I need to order the items. I had to deal with concierge who was not experienced or empathetic enough to realize how frustrated I’m getting. When I had enough of his poor service I told him to cancel my appointment and he said “perfect” before hanging up on me. Upper management, concierge is the first impression of the professionalism of a luxury Boutique. You need to seriously reevaluate the one that I just spoke to on November 20 at 11:30am. Hold bad attitude accountable!"
