"I cannot recommend this company enough! Estelle worked hand in hand with me over the course of 3 months to make sure that my fiancé’s engagement ring was perfect! We collaborated on ideas and structure of the ring, she gave advice when needed and guided me in the right direction with such patience and professionalism. Estelle provided graphics for me to include minor details that I wanted to envision for the ring and it turned out exactly as I had wanted! After so much communication, it feels as though Riviera Jewelers is now family! Thank you Estelle and the rest of the team at Riviera Jewelers for their help and guidance !!! Simply the best!! P.S they were able to resize the ring within a week every time!! Oh, and she said yes! ❤️"
"I came here a week before Christmas for a repair on my engagement ring. I was headed home for the holidays to show my family my new ring and it had to be perfect! They treated me so respectfully and made me feel like my ring was the most important. She was able to get me my ring back repaired and cleaned in about 5 days, just in time for my trip. I will definitely be coming back should I need another repair or deep cleaning!"
"I WISH I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE ZERO STARS but I have to give at least one star to speak my peace. MY experience with this place was absolutely HORRIBLE. When I first came to this place back in January I presented a very simple job to the owning couple to resize my ring. I dropped the ring off on a Tuesday and was promised that it would be ready the following Saturday. I went there on Saturday and was told that it wasn't ready and I would have to come back on the following Tuesday to pick it up because the ban that my ring came with, was hard for their jeweler to work with. The following Tuesday came my fiance and I went and picked it up and it was perfect I wore the ring home and decided to put the ring in the box so I could wear it the next day. As soon as I took the ring off the ban of the ring snapped. My fiance took the ring back the next day and was told we'd receive a phone call when the ring was ready that weeked. The weekend came no call. I call them and was told it'd be ready in the upcoming week. New week came no call. I call them and was told it'd be ready next week. The next week came no call again. I called them and was told it'd be ready on the upcoming Thursday of that week. Wednesday came I called and was told that the ring was there and ready to be picked up. I explained that my fiance had class Thursday night so I told the female owner that we would come first thing Friday morning. I was told "No problem, the ring is here, so pick it up whenever you're ready" Friday morning comes we're heading up there and I get text saying "Dear Queen, can you come pick the ring up Monday morning because today we're closing early and also on Saturday we're closing early" So we turn around and go back home WITHOUT A RING AGAIN. And at this point in my head I'm thinking maybe this is their way of attempting to cover up the incompletion of my ring. However I let it slide and kept a cool head about it. I just waited patiently for Monday to arrive. Monday comes I call. because I do live about 1 and 1/2 hours away, and I would really hate to make another empty handed trip The husband owner of the store answered and I asked was the ring there. He said "Let me check and see" When he came back to the phone he answered saying that yet again the ring wasn't there and that I should come tomorrow at noon and it'd be ready. Please keep in mind that up until this point I had been giving them much more respect than they deserved. Their incompetence led to a waste of time, money, and many lies that I could see clearly through. This was going on week 4 of me not having a ring and I had been getting the run around this entire time so of course when I heard this I snapped I explained to him my circumstances of not being able take my engagement photos, having to waste gas on drives there just to leave empty handed, having to pay the photographer for the engagement photos to reserve a date so we could take pictures that we couldn't even take because we didn't have the ring, and just how OUTRAGEOUSLY FRUSTRATED I was. When he finally spoke again he stated, in a laughly way that he didn't like my tone. YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO BE A BUSINESS PROFESSIONAL. DEALING WITH UPSET CUSTOMERS IS PART OF YOUR JOB! Stating was said to me was completely out of line. Why not respond saying, "I apologize for the wait" or "I understand your frustration" In response to the stupidity that came from his mouth I told him "If the ring isn't there tomorrow please be ready to have a sit down with my lawyers to discuss your incompetence" After stating that I hung up in his face. In all honesty I could not bear hearing any more lies or bs. I spoke to my mother in law she talked the guy and he told her it'd be ready Tuesday. And TODAY after dealing with 4 weeks of stress, incompetence and liars. My ring is finally home. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. There are many other jewelers on this exact same street, test the waters with some of them and save some time and money in the process. (Update -->) IT BROKE. A MONTH LATER IT BROKE. Never going back there!"
"I had a wonderful experience at Riviera Jewlery. The owners are incredibly nice and know exactly what they’re talking about. They are honest and give very good advice. Estelle and Christophe go out of their way to make you happy with your purchase. They are very friendly and make you feel welcome. Highly recommend this jewlery store!"
"Owners are very knowledgeable. They handled my family jewelry with the utmost care and precision. I will certainly go back to them for all future jewelry needs. And they now have a fantastic watch selection too!"
