"Went to have my jewelry cleaned but as usual while waiting I found a unique and beautiful piece of jewelry I had to have. Tim cleaned my jewelry and helped me with the purchase while giving me background information on the designer and piece of Jewerly. Tim has helped me several different times with my purchases in the past and it’s always nice to see/talk to him when I come in."

"Came in looking for an engagement ring and was promptly greeted by a gentleman Tim. He was very knowledgeable about everything in the case. I showed him what I was looking for and the price point I wanted to stay in. He was able to get me a larger stone and utilize different discounts separately to get me the best deal. "He went to Jared and I am so glad he did. My husband purchased a wedding ring and diamond earrings for me. We have the service plan on both. I took my earrings in with a problem with the clasp. They attempted to repair them including changing the post. However, they were not secure. Carla was extremely helpful and they replaced them with a brand new pair. The same day since I was there Frank assisted me with cleaning my ring. It had already been serviced. However, Frank went above and beyond and checked my ring again. There were a few diamond loose that would have not been identified until my next service in June. If Frank had not checked I could have lost the diamonds. I truly appreciate him taking this extra step. He truly cares about his customers. Tim is also always extremely nice and helpful. We always have great conversation when I am there. With everything this world is going through, it's refreshing to have genuine people that show that they care. We will always go to Jared. Frank, Carla, Tim and the rest of the staff thank you for being awesome amazing and helpful."

"Chris has been our go to guy and because of him we keep coming back to Jared's. We had a situation with a necklace purchased there, it broke 4 times within a certain period i would say about a year or so from purchasing and he replaced it with a brand new necklace. He is kind and not pushy and is there to help. We are making another big purchase there this weekend and I am happy to be part of the Jared family, I know I am well taken care of there."

"The place itself it’s amazing and has a large variety . I do want to give a big thanks to Millie, she was VERY helpful. And knew her stuff! Not to bash anyone but the elderly man , Frank I believe is his name, been their 3/4 times different days and he’s always seems to be upset and doesn’t sound quite welcoming on the phone. And again I love the store so nothing wrong just an issue with 1 person. Thanks though Jared & big thanks to Millie!!!"
