"Worst experience. Waited 40 min for my pick up order. Wanted to use the service for efficiency and convenience… today was the opposite. Extremely slow. Employees additionally walking with zero sense of urgency. Yelling across the parking lot. Will use different stores in area. Definitely not Walmart. While I am still waiting I see the cart with my name. The employee was walking to a different car/bay. Need to get the pick up service improved especially with all the competition executing this service with ease… not Walmart. What a joke."

"I go to the store all the time because of its convenience and low prices. Shopping at Walmart has its positive and negative side for sure. Big corporations like this can take away from small business owners and can be an eye sore. But they can also choose to do certain things right. Walmart promotes Black owned products and businesses; they were the only place that kept my daughter with challenges working for 2 years (she left herself); they allow overnight parking in their locations which many unhomed people take advantage of, as well as folks traveling the US. These are some of the few advantages. My neighbor stayed working for them for 15 years and now has some decent perks since she left. The downside is that it's huge and impersonal. The store I frequent never seems to have enough employees on the floor when you need them, although they are helpful when you find one. They have hardly any cashiers even though there are rows of registers? They encourage self check out, but you can only have 20 items or less? They waste an employee just standing there. Why not hire more people for the store? Come on, Walmart, don't be greedy... do even better. I appreciate what you do, but you can do even more!"

"Had a terrible experience with Automotive dptmt.installing 2 new,tires that I ordered on line. Have to say that I had a mediocre experience with them about 2 months ago when I brought my SUV for oil change and got it back dirty all over driver side interior: carpet, door handle,steering wheel had black greasy smudges. So I went to the manager Hector, who promised they will clean the mess they did. 20 min.later I was on my way. I let it go then.So, back to today. Came to the store at about 1:20 pm.gave the guy my phone number and invoice, he goes out, brings back 2 wrong tires not only in size but in brand! Then they told me I have no appointment booked even though I had a text confirmation and email as well. So, very graciously they decided to pen me in. Lady tells me its going to be awhile,OK. So, I walk to Panera Bread and Macy's and about 3 hours later I'm thinking they probably close to finishing it. Nope. So,I asked they guy at the counter how much longer, he looked at me and said he didn't know and that only ONE guy installing tires everybody else were on lunch brake. Well, I go to customer service asking for store manager, naturally he is not in on Saturday P.M. but I can talk to ....Hector- automotive manager! OK, where is Hector, because he's not in automobile dptmt. Turns out Hector hangs around in H-4 home goods deptmt. So, I go find Hector in home goods isles. Asking him how much longer,to finish my car and reply I get: " Oh, you are they guy who always with problems!" Seriously? I am the guy with problems?! On previous visit you messed my carpet and other stuff and this time around you could not locate my tires and now it's been over 3 hours to install 2 tires? OK, fluffy, you right, I have learning problems since I didn't learn my lessons from before and gave you my business again! I called the corporate and file a complain and now this review. But upon looking at previous review there is a CLEAR and PERSISTENT PROBLEM with automotive department. I really like to make Hector ,"Fluffy" famous now. I understand he feels very sexy for his job and very secure thanks to corporate wokeness. And there is a bigger problem with store management in general. But in what used to be America - beacon of freedom and shiny castle on the hill, people used to take pride in their JOB and care for customers and their needs and took responsibility for results and outcomes. It's all long gone! I understand that many folks can't afford anything other then Walmart and have to take disrespect and take 2-d class treatment and deal with it. But I beg other customers, if you get indifferent and careless treatment, rudeness, DO NOT let it go! Call, write, complain. Maybe we still have a chance to bring that gold standard of customer service that distinguished USA from most of the world. Thanks!"

"Gigantic parking spaces. Charging stations. The store is huge and has more than the average Walmart store. That said, it does look old inside: the floors, the lights, etc. Employees were mostly nice and okay to interact with. Even though the store was nice, their selection of organic products was very limited."
