That’s the only jeweler that didn't sell me a story and tried to drain all the money out of my bank. He is an experienced jeweler and professionally answered all my stupid questions. "THIS GUY KNOCKED IT OUT OF THE PARK! My wife dropped off her family heirloom for me to have a necklace made for my birthday. She told J to do whatever he thinks I would like and I LIKE. It took some time to source the right necklace and I understood his hands were tied as far as availability and a third party involved, He was transparent from the get go. Being from the service industry I know the importance of customer satisfaction and dealing with unrealistic expectations. He did the best he could and made it happen. STOKED. HIGHLY RECOMMEND."

"John agreed to make my bracelet 1 month before Christmas of 2022 and my husband gave John Charles a deposit. There was always an excuse why the bracelet wasn't finished within the week as promised. First, John told me that the mold broke then he told me that the mold was to be replaced but he didn't know when. I waited indefinitely for the new mold to arrive. I spoke to Dorothy, John's manager at least a dozen times between Christmas and July 1st of 2023. Dorothy continually promised me that the bracelet would be finished in a matter of days. Days turned into months and if I had not intervened months would've turned into years. At one point, Dorothy said that I would receive $100 off of the finished product because of my time & patience. There was always some reason why the bracelet could not be completed. It should be noted that nobody from this jewelry store even called me. I always initiated the calls. Messages left on the store's message machine were NEVER returned. In essence, I waited nine months for my Christmas present from my husband. In the end, On Aug, 1, 2023, after all my patience with this company I finally decided I couldn't wait any longer and asked John for a refund. Not only did John deny he told Dorothy to give me a discount but instead of John apologizing he actually got snotty with me calling me "sweetheart" in a sarcastic manner and HUNG up the phone on me. I don't know if a refund is being processed, I have to wait and see but I do know this; if anybody should've been snotty it is I. I have been more than patient with this store. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE. * John did say twice that he did not charge me enough. Delayed on purpose because he was not making enough money???? As a follow-up, I just discovered instead of John Charles crediting me my deposit, they charged me again!"
