"Seemed helpful. They told me the broken clasp on my necklace would cost $10 (for white or yellow K gold) to replace the clasp. Also they said it was $5 extra if I wanted it soldered on. They were cleaning some silver pieces for another customer. Wow, were they shiny after coming out of that jewelry cleaning machine. I don't know yet about their other prices of their fine jewelry. They had three people working there on Sunday in November."
