"Recently a family member had a piece customized thru this store. Never trust their quote! Asked for a quote for a piece before it was made. Was given a number. Never was called to say it was going to be more expensive. Custom piece was ready in 3 days (obviously not custom made to a drawing in that amount of time but anyway) when they went to pick up piece it was rung up 150% higher than quoted. Owner just said "well I didn't know how much it would be" if you are in a business for as long as she, she should know to call a customer and talk to them prior to making the decisions she did assuming customer would agree. Family member liked the ring but definately dissatisfied in customer service. 2 more 1 star transactions occurred right after. Never shopping here again"
"Never went anywhere that so much love has been shown. Between the reastaurant and custom jewelry nothing is less than the best."
"My 6 yr old son and I showed up as they were closing and Terry invited us in without a second thought. She had exactly what I was looking for and customized the piece right then and there. It was the most hospitible, professional, and personally welcoming experience I have ever had in a jewelry store. You can tell she genouinly cares cares for her customers and the community."
