"Upon walking in and walking up to the jewelry case Joe welcomed me and offered assistant. I was coming in for a gold chain for my fiancé. I don’t really know much about chains and he was very helpful and knew his stuff. All I had to do was show him a picture of my fiancés chain he used to have and he knew what length was best. He had his assistance Marc help out to demonstrate how the length with look since my fiancé is about his height/weight. While I was there I ended up getting a chain for myself and Joe assisted me with finding one identical to what I had before. Both gentlemen were very helpful and very sweet. I truly left happy with my purchase and can not wait to surprise my fiancé with his chain for Valentine’s Day."
