"Bought earrings for my wife, but when I got home to show her the pearl fell right off. These were barely glued on. When I returned to the store for a refund I was pointed to the no return policy conveniently placed on the wall behind a display. The saleswoman told me "sorry, no refunds. It's corporate policy". I asked for a contact for "corporate", but she wouldn't give me anything only saying "I'll let them know personally". Never shopping there again."

"I was trying find a couple of bracelets for a couple of teen girls in my family. I decided on 2, thinking that if I went to the next store and saw something else, that I could return. My son went with me to the next store (they are for his sisters) and found two other bracelets that he liked better, hence, I went back to the jewelry box about 3 hours after I purchased to return to find out - no returns. I wish I would’ve known this from the get go. I was there shopping for quite a bit and no mention made of it. I would’ve never purchased and never will purchase here again. Thankfully, the other place accepted returns on the 2 bracelets he liked better. In looking closer at home, as well, the jewelry is not that nice. The lights and mirrors in the store make it all look better than it is."

"Love this place! The amount of options are incredible. The quality of the jewelry is great, just need to be taken care of and gentle with the pieces as anything that is delicate in life. I have many pieces from this store for months and nothing has broken nor go bad."

After bringing the piece home and comparing it to a few others my wife has from Swarovski, I decided to return the necklace because it was not close in quality. I was but immediately pointed to that conveniently placed return policy sign stating only exchanges are excepted within 15 days of purchase, no returns. We all understand companies deserve to have their own return policies but it is the placement of the sign and spending 30 minutes being shown around with no mention of this."

"Jewelry box is affordable and great quality, there are a variety of unique options to choose from. When you walk in the store it blings everywhere! I purchased a necklace with a bunny on it and with my purchase I got free studs! I’m very satisfied with the service and the items to choose from made it difficult to not want to come back for more!"
